pancake in d middle of hard wind and rain...

trying a new recipe of pancake...
usually it became bantet or looks like a martabak... hihihi...

this evening i made a great pancake i've ever made...

2 cups of flour
2 spoon of sugar
4 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
honey or fruit sauce

* first bowl :

Flour, sugar, baking powder and salt... Stir...

* second bowl :
Eggs, milk, vegetable oil, Stir also...

* pour the second bowl into the first bowl... spoon by spoon... stir until smooth...( english eeeeee :D )

* use teflon

it can be use a half of recipe if you wanna try first...:)
